Cancellation Policy
These policies are subject to change without notice.
​Essence of Beauty Skincare reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please cancel your appointments 48 hours in advance to allow other guests ample time to schedule appointments in your absence.
Essence of Beauty Skincare enforces a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a fee of $70 (or 50% of the scheduled service(s) if it is less than $70).
No showing up for your appointment or non-notification of cancellation 48 hours in advance, your credit card on file will be charged a $70 fee for the missed appointment or non-notification of cancellation. Fees must be paid to reschedule your appointment.
In the case of a pre-paid series of appointments, the missed appointment is forfeited. If you wish to add the missed appointment back into your series, you will need to pay a rebooking fee of $70.
All appointments are confirmed via email at the time of scheduling and two days before your appointment.
You will receive a text message 2 hours before your appointment.
Additional Concerns
Children.
As a courtesy to other guests, children are not permitted in treatment areas or left unattended in the waiting area.
Cell Phones, Smoking
As a courtesy to other guests, please refrain from the use of cell phones inside the spa. Smoking is not permitted.
Gift Cards/Certificates
Electronic Gift Cards or conveniently wrapped physical Gift Certificates can be purchased either, for a specific facial/promotion or in any dollar amount to use towards any of our treatments or skincare products and are redeemable for up to one year after the purchase date (unless otherwise specified.) Gift Certificates are good at full value for 12 months from the date of issue (other than the conditions stated above regarding missed appointments).

Gift Certificates are non-transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Lost or stolen cards will not be canceled or replaced without a card number and proof of purchase.
A full-service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations (less than 48 hours prior) or no-show appointments.

All Gift Certificates and Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable.
Products
Any questions or concerns about your products must be addressed within 2 weeks, if we cannot resolve your concerns, you may return them for full credit to your account.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for full credit to your account.
There are no refunds issued on services rendered, series packages, or gift certificates.
